Suzanne Hingel is a dynamic leader and creative thinker with a passion for cultivating meaningful partnerships and driving impactful change. With a career spanning almost three decades, Suzanne has earned a reputation for her ability to navigate complex challenges with clarity, creativity, and integrity.

Suzanne began her career in 1996 as a Trader for Fidelity Investments and has had success as a Financial Advisor at world-class firms such as Fidelity, Merrill Lynch, and LPL. Hurricane Katrina sidelined her newly formed Structured Settlement Firm (Plaintiff Side Advocate,) and she successfully pivoted to the wholesale side of Finance. She led her practice with a white-glove service model with firms, most notably her extensive career at Eaton Vance/Parametric/MSIM.

As a founding partner of Pathfinder Consulting Partners, Suzanne brings a unique blend of empathy, a deep understanding of the Financial Industry landscape, and visionary insight to every engagement. Through Pathfinder’s innovative approach, she not only focuses on the financial, but also the psychological impacts of partnership for both Financial Professionals and Top Firms.

Suzanne is an active member of her community, supporting numerous passions including arts institutions and philanthropic initiatives, championing causes that promote education, equity, and compassion. Outside of work, Suzanne is known for her love of all types of travel, cuisine, and the arts. She has a curiosity for global perspectives, and she believes that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. She has roots and passion for New Orleans, Northern California, Texas, Chicago, and now the Northeast. Above all else, she has a deep passion for both her immediate and chosen family, both human and animal.
